Market Access - Overview

The FIF Market Access Working Group tracks implementation for the Market Access SEC Rule 15c3-5 at the industry level. FIF was active in monitoring implementation issues and obtaining a delay in the implementation date of the rule. The Market Access Rule was fully implemented on November 30, 2011.
