Agenda for Discussion of No-Action Letter on DTCC Tokenization Services (December 18, 2025)

Dear Working Group Members,

FIF has scheduled a call for Thursday December 18 at 1 pm ET to discuss the December 11 SEC no-action letter to DTC relating to the DTCC Tokenization Services. FIF has invited the members of the Back Office Committee and Digital Asset Securities Working Group to participate on this call.
