Cboe Global Markets Registered as Benchmark Administrator

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. announced that Cboe Europe was registered on March 5, 2018 as a Benchmark Administrator under the EU Benchmarks Regulation (BMR). Cboe Europe’s suite of European indices are now BMR compliant. As a Benchmark Administrator, Cboe is required to implement high standards of governance, oversight and transparency with respect to the provision of its indices, allowing them to be used as Benchmarks within the framework of the BMR. Cboe launched its European index business in June 2016.
