CT Plan’s Proposed Fee Schedule Submitted to SEC

The CT Plan has formally submitted its proposed pricing plan to the Securities and Exchange Commission, following unanimous approval by the CT Plan Operating Committee. The proposed pricing plan—now available on the CT Plan website and expected to be posted on the SEC’s website shortly—was developed through a rigorous and transparent process. Over the course of several months, the Operating Committee and its Fees & Policies Subcommittee conducted extensive outreach with market participants, engaged an independent market-data consultant, and incorporated feedback from two industry surveys. Once published by the SEC, the filing will be open for public comment. The CT Plan Operating Committee encourages subscribers, vendors, and other stakeholders to review the proposal and share their views during the comment period.
