Request for Extension of FDID Refresh Requirement (March 20, 2025)

Dear CAT CAIS Working Group Members,

Attached is a revised draft FIF letter to the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT to request an extension of the compliance date for the FDID Refresh requirement. Please provide any final comments by 12 pm ET tomorrow (Friday). If there are no further material comments, FIF will submit the letter after 12 pm tomorrow.
