- FIF CAT Committee - The FIF CAT Committee went over summaries of the FINRA CAT Webinar on Industry Member Compliance Report Cards, the FINRA CAT Webinar on Interfirm Linkages, Recently Published Guidance, the FINRA CAT Open Issues List and the week's FIF CAT Tech Spec Working Group meetings
- FIF SEC Rule 606 Working Group - The group focused on issues with the PDF Renderer and the status of SEC’s progress on this issue, Solicitation of feedback from FIF members on 606(b)(3) requests, SEC’s expectations on the level of detail expected in Material Aspects reporting, 606(a) material aspects statements, 606(b)(3): PRV & SRV rate calculation, and a review of discussions from a breakout group working on the issue of how to classify various order types and order handling instructions under Rules 605 and 606
- FIF CAT Tech Spec Requirements Working Group - FIF's Tech Spec calls this week focused on reviewing FINRAs Aug 14 proposed rule to eliminate OATS, Industry Member CAIS Reporting Onboarding Guide V1.0, reviewing the additional CAIS-centric details recently integrated into the Industry Member CAT Reporter Portal Onboarding Guide V1.2, FAQ B45: Are electronic responses to a Request for Quote (RFQ) or other forms of solicitation responses reportable to CAT in Phase 2c (equities) and Phase 2d (options)?, Delays in the delivery of FINRA CAT feedback files and lack of notification to firms via email, Duplicate routedOrderID, Portal and SFTP enhancement recommendations.
