FIF Submits Letter to SEC, FINRA and CAT LLC on Deletion of CAT Records

On May 19, 2026, FIF submitted a letter to the SEC, FINRA and CAT LLC on the deletion of CAT records after three years. FIF would like to thank the members of the CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT Reference Database Working Groups for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.
