On February 4, FIF submitted a letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the dissemination of fractional shares by the SIPs and the potential impact on the obligations of broker-dealers pursuant to the vendor display rule. FIF would like to thank the members of the TRF/ORF Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.
