FIF Submits Request for Interpretative Guidance on CAT

On May 30, FIF submitted to the SEC, the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT a request for interpretive guidance on reporting linkage for the order fulfillment scenario where no representative or principal order exists. FIF would like to thank the members of the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this request for interpretive guidance.
