FIF Submits Letter to SEC Relating to Implementation of Rule 605 Amendments

On March 17 FIF submitted a letter to the SEC relating to the implementation of the SEC’s 2024 amendments to Rule 605. FIF would like to thank the members of the Rule 605 Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.
