FIF Submits Letter to the Regulators on the Removal of PII from CAT

On March 5, FIF submitted a letter to the SEC, the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT on the removal of PII from CAT. The letter also discusses the need to retire electronic blue sheets. FIF would like to thank the members of the CAT CAIS and CAT Transaction Reporting Working Groups for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.
