FIF Submits Letter to the SEC on Custody of Digital Asset Securities

On January 31, FIF submitted a letter to the SEC to request that the SEC modify and extend its statement on Custody of Digital Asset Securities by Special Purpose Broker-Dealers. FIF would like to thank the members of the Digital Asset Securities Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.
