New FIF Working Groups on SEC Transition and Fixed Income Regulation; Other Working Group Changes

FIF has created a new SEC Transition Working Group. This Working Group will discuss issues and recommendations for FIF to raise with the incoming SEC Chair during 2025. This Working Group will have its first call during January. FIF has also made the following Working Group name changes (FIF members do not need to take any action to remain in these Working Groups):

• The TRACE / Fixed Income Working Group is now the TRACE / RTS Working Group
• The Securities Lending Transparency Working Group is now the Securities Lending Transparency (SLATE) Working Group
• The SEC Equity Market Proposals Working Group is now the Equity Market Regulations Working Group.
