FIF Submits Letter to SEC on Short Position Reporting

On December 20 FIF submitted a supplemental letter to the SEC relating to the prior FIF member request for an extension of the current implementation period for Form SHO. FIF would like to thank the members of the Short Sales / Reg SHO / Short Reporting Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.
