SEC Open Meeting on Amendments to Reg NMS

The SEC has scheduled an open meeting for Wednesday September 18 at 10 am ET to consider the adoption of amendments to Reg NMS to amend the minimum pricing increments for the quoting of certain NMS stocks, reduce the access fee caps, and enhance the transparency of better priced orders.
