FIF Submits Letter to the SEC on the Implementation of Short Position Reporting

On August 9 FIF submitted a letter to the SEC on the implementation of short position reporting. This is a follow-up to the letter that FIF submitted to the SEC on June 24. FIF would like to thanks the members of the FIF Short Sales / Reg SHO / Short Position Reporting Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.
