FIF Submits Comment Letter on Options Clearing Corporation Cybersecurity Rule Proposal

On April 26, FIF submitted a comment letter to the SEC on a rule filing submitted by The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) that would require immediate notification of security incidents to the OCC and various follow-up notification requirements. FIF would like to thank the members of the FIF Compliance and Surveillance Working Group and the FIF Cybersecurity Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this comment letter.
