FIF Submits Comment Letter to SEC on FINRA Rule Filing to Require Disclosure of Order Routing Information for OTC Equities

On February 3 FIF submitted a supplemental comment letter on the FINRA rule filing with the SEC to require disclosure of order routing information for OTC equities (SR-FINRA-2022-031). The supplemental comment letter relates specifically to proposed reporting for OTC Link workflows. FIF would like to thank the members of the FIF Rule 606 Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this comment letter.
