FINRA Regulatory Notice on Reporting of OTC Options Transactions

On June 22, 2022, FINRA published Regulatory Notice 22-14, “OTC Options Reporting: FINRA Requests Comment on Proposed Trade Reporting Requirements for Over-The-Counter Options Transactions”.
