Rule 606 Working Group

The FIF Rule 606 Working Group will meet on Thursday June 30, 2022 at 3 pm ET to discuss questions from FIF members relating to look-through, rate sheets and partial cancels. Time permitting, the Working Group also will continue its discussion of the SEC’s recent FAQ updates on Rule 606 reporting for fractional share orders.
