S3 Partners with Blue Ocean Technologies to Provide CAT Reporting Services

S3, a global provider of regulatory compliance reporting and trade analytics software, announced a partnership with Blue Ocean Technologies, a unique capital markets fintech leader specializing in global afterhours trading from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am. S3 will provide Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) data reporting services to Blue Ocean Technologies’ trading subsidiary, Blue Ocean ATS. S3’s platform features trade analysis tools such as Global Best Ex & TCA for Options, Equities, and Fixed Income, as well as regulatory reporting tools for Trade Surveillance, SEC Rules 605 and 606 reporting, Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) reporting, and MiFID II / MiFIR transaction reporting.
