Cowen to Acquire Investment Banking Arm of MHT Partners

Cowen has confirmed it will acquire the investment banking arm of Dallas-based MHT Partners, as it looks to deepen coverage of middle-markets and private equity investors. Cowen has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition, which is subject to FINRA approval and expected to close in the fourth quarter this year.
