Starting 01/27/25, Nasdaq will begin rolling deployment of enhancements to Market Data Feeds to provide Trade Condition Codes & Auction IDs on Depth of Market Feeds, Do Not Trade Through (DNTT) Flags on Spread Depth of Market & Spread Order Feeds, and support for Flex Options. On November 14, FIF submitted a letter to the SEC on the Technical Specification for Form SHO reporting. FIF would like to thank the members of the Short Sales / Reg SHO / Short Reporting Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.

The OFR Repo Reporting Working Group will have its next call on Monday November 18 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will continue to discuss the implementation of the new requirement to report non-centrally cleared bilateral repos to the Treasury Department’s Office of Financial Research.

The next call for the Rule 606 Working Group will be on Monday November 18 at 1 pm ET. The Working Group will review a revised draft FIF letter to the SEC in response to verbal guidance from the SEC on how to calculate the percentage of orders routed to different venues for Rule 606(a) reporting.
