FIF has scheduled a call for the OFR Repo Reporting Working Group for Monday June 16 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will discuss a draft letter to the OFR relating to the reporting of repos where the closing leg does not settle on the scheduled end date.

FIF has scheduled the next call for the Short Sales / Reg SHO / Short Reporting Working Group for Monday June 16 at 11:30 am ET. The Working Group will discuss the current status on the implementation of Form SHO reporting.

The next call for the 24x7 Trading Working Group will be on Monday June 16 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of implementation issues relating to the planned expansion of exchange trading hours for US equities. The next call for the SLATE Working Group will be on Tuesday June 17 at 10 am ET. The Working Group will review a revised draft follow-up letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting. The Working Group will also continue to discuss how FIF members plan to proceed on the various open interpretive issues relating to SLATE reporting.

The Front Office Committee will have its next call on Tuesday June 17 at 11 am ET to review applicable updates and notices from the SEC, FINRA, FINRA CAT and the equity and option exchanges.

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the CAT CAIS and CAT Transaction Reporting Working Groups for Wednesday June 18 at 11 am ET. The Working Groups will review a revised draft letter to the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT to request postponement of planned changes to the CAT compliance rate calculation. The Working Group will also continue its discussion of CAT PII.

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Wednesday June 18 at 1 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss pre-IPO orders, the BFMM Flag, route modifications, new exchange codes, fill-or-kill orders, recent updates to the CAT technical documentation, and potential amendments to Rule 613 and the CAT NMS Plan.

The next call for the Rule 605 Working Group will be on Tuesday June 24 at 1 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss the recent rule filing by the participants of the Rule 605 NMS Plan.
