The next call for the SLATE Working Group will be on Tuesday June 3 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will review a draft follow-up letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting. The Working Group will also continue to discuss how FIF members plan to proceed on the various open interpretive issues relating to SLATE reporting.

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT CAIS Working Groups for Wednesday June 4 at 11 am ET. The Working Groups will discuss the letter submitted by the CAT Plan Participants on May 28 relating to the removal of PII from CAT.

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Wednesday June 4 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss proposed amendments to the CAT NMS Plan to manage CAT costs.

The CAT Monthly Update Working Group call for June will be on Thursday June 5 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will review guidance and updates from the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT on CAT Transaction Reporting, CAT CAIS and CAT billing during the prior month. The Working Group will also review the current areas of focus for FIF members and the current open issues for CAT Transaction Reporting, CAT CAIS reporting and CAT billing.

FIF has scheduled a call for the OFR Repo Reporting Working Group for Monday June 9 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will discuss new and updated FAQs published by the Treasury Department’s Office of Financial Research relating to reporting for non-centrally cleared bilateral repos.

The SLATE Working Group discussed the SLATE securities list to be made available by FINRA, batch and end-of-day submissions, reporting when there are multiple loan events for a single loan on the same date, changes in loan party information, and the current requirement for all SLATE participants to obtain an MPID.
