On March 17 FIF submitted a letter to the SEC relating to the implementation of the SEC’s 2024 amendments to Rule 605. FIF would like to thank the members of the Rule 605 Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.

On March 20 FIF submitted a letter to the SROs and FINRA CAT requesting a delay in implementation of the FDID Refresh requirement. FIF would like to thank the members of the CAT CAIS and CAT Transaction Reporting Working Groups for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.

The first call will be on Monday March 24 at 11 am ET; the second call will be on Tuesday March 25 at 10 am ET; and the third call will be on Thursday March 27 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will discuss a draft letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting.

FIF has scheduled a Working Group call for Monday March 24 at 12 pm ET to discuss a draft standards document for fixed income venues to make available to each participant an end-of-day file containing the participant’s order activity. FIF has invited the members of the Fixed Income Regulations Working Group and the Compliance and Surveillance Working Group to participate on this call.
