FIF Submits Comment Letter to FINRA and the MSRB on their Respective Proposals to Require One-Minute Reporting for Trades in Corporate, Agency and Municipal Bonds

This morning FIF submitted a comment letter to FINRA and the MSRB on FINRA Regulatory Notice 22-17 (“TRACE Reporting Timeframe: FINRA Requests Comment on a Proposal to Shorten the Trade Reporting Timeframe for Transactions in Certain TRACE-Eligible Securities From 15 Minutes to One Minute”) and MSRB Notice 2022-07 (“Request for Comment on Transaction Reporting Obligations under MSRB Rule G-14”). FIF would like to thank the members of the FIF TRACE/Fixed Income Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of the comment letter.
