Krista Ryan Joins FIF Advisory Committee

FIF is pleased to announce a new member of our Advisory Committee with the addition of Fidelity’s Krista Ryan.

Krista is a Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Fidelity Investments where she manages a team of attorneys supporting Fidelity’s institutional brokerage trading desks (across equities, fixed income, FOREX, and prime brokerage/securities finance), Fidelity’s brokerage operations including regulatory reporting, and Fidelity’s brokerage technology groups.  Her team also supports Fidelity’s mutual fund supermarket and transfer agent.  Prior to her current role, Krista helped lead Fidelity’s advocacy and implementation efforts with respect to the Dodd-Frank Act, and previously supported Fidelity’s retail broker-dealer.

Krista will replace Mark Campbell who is retiring from Fidelity after more than 25 years. Mark will be missed not just at Fidelity but at FIF, STA and other organizations where his contributions improved our capital markets infrastructure.
