Reg NMS: Minimum Pricing Increments and Access Fee Caps

FIF has scheduled a call for Tuesday October 28 at 3 pm ET to review a draft FIF letter to the SEC relating to the implementation date for the Reg NMS amendments relating to minimum pricing increments and access fee caps. FIF has invited the members of the Data and Technology Committee and the Equity Market Regulations Working Group to participate on this call.

The Data & Technology Committee will have its next call on Wednesday October 29 at 10 am ET to review capacity, latency and volume data for the prior month for the equity, options, currency, crypto and futures markets.

FIF SLATE Working Group

FIF has scheduled two calls this week for the SLATE Working Group: the first call will be on Wednesday October 29 at 11 am ET; the second call will be on Thursday October 30 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of a letter to FINRA relating to SLATE implementation. The Working Group will also continue its discussion of next steps with the SEC.
