FIF has scheduled a call for the FIF Rule 605 and 606 Working Groups for Monday March 11 at 2 pm ET. The Working Groups will review the changes to Rule 605 that the SEC adopted on March 6. The Working Group will also discuss FINRA Regulatory Notice 24-05, which sets a compliance date for the new requirement for FINRA members to file their quarterly Rule 606(a) reports with FINRA.

FIF has scheduled the next call for the FIF Short Sales / Reg SHO / Short Interest Reporting Working Group for Tuesday March 12 at 3 pm ET. The Working Group will continue the discussion of issues and questions from FIF members relating to implementation of the SEC Rule on Short Position and Short Activity Reporting.

FIF has scheduled an additional call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for this week. On Monday March 4 at 2 pm the Working Group will continue its review and discussion of a draft FIF comment letter on CAT billing and reconciliation and make any final edits to the letter. The Monday call is in addition to the regularly-scheduled CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group call on Wednesday March 6 at 2 pm ET.
