FIF Event at AWS

FIF is excited to announce our next live event, to be hosted by AWS on Tuesday April 8. After opening remarks from AWS, there will be two panels. The first panel will cover New SEC Leadership and Regulatory Implementations for 2025 and Beyond. The second panel will cover Technology Developments in Capital Markets. The event will take place at the offices of AWS at 12 West 39th Street, New York, NY. Registration and networking begins at 4:15 pm ET. The panel discussions will be from 5-6:30 pm ET, with refreshments and networking afterwards from 6:30-8 pm ET. FIF would like to thank AWS for hosting this event. CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT CAIS Working Groups

FIF has scheduled two CAT Working Group calls for this week. The first call will be a joint call for the CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT CAIS Working Groups on Wednesday February 26 at 11 am ET. During this call, the Working Groups will discuss a revised draft FIF letter in response to the SEC’s February 10 Exemptive Order to remove PII from CAT. The second call will be for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group and is scheduled for Wednesday February 26 at 2 pm ET. The second call will focus on port settings, representative order linkage, CAT costs and other CAT Transaction Reporting issues.
