Reg NMS: Minimum Pricing Increments and Access Fee Caps

FIF has scheduled a call for Tuesday October 21 at 3 pm ET to discuss the potential impact of the recent appeals court decision relating to minimum pricing increments and access fee caps. FIF has invited the members of the Data and Technology Committee and the Equity Market Regulations Working Group to participate on this call.

The SLATE Working Group will have its next call on Wednesday October 22 at 10 am ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of issues relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting, including next steps with the SEC and FINRA.

Short Position Reporting

FIF has scheduled a call for the Short Sales / Reg SHO / Short Reporting Working Group for Wednesday October 22 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will discuss a draft FIF letter to the SEC requesting an extension of the current implementation date for short position reporting.
