FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT CAIS Working Group for Wednesday June 26 at 11 am ET. FIF will provide an update on an FIF member call with the SEC relating to the future retirement of Electronic Blue Sheets (for equities and options) and broker-dealer recordkeeping requirements for large traders. The Working Group will also discuss feedback from FINRA CAT representatives during a call on June 21 and issues and questions from FIF members.

The subgroup will continue its review and discussion of the CFTC’s recent amendments to the CFTC Large Trader Reporting requirements and the Part 17 Guidebook published by the CFTC.
