Section 31 Fees Subgroup

FIF has scheduled a call for the Section 31 Fees subgroup for Thursday July 24 at 2 pm ET. The subgroup will discuss a discrepancy as to whether Section 31 fees are charged based on trade date or settlement date. SLATE Working Group

The next call for the SLATE Working Group will be on Tuesday July 8 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will discuss issues and questions from FIF members relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting. The Working Group will also review a draft FIF letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting.
