The Working Group will discuss disclosure requirements for digital assets, including SEC Rule 15c2-11. Time permitting, the Working Group will also discuss reporting requirements for digital assets. T+1 and Trade-Date Allocations Subgroup

FIF has scheduled a call for the T+1 and Trade-Date Allocations subgroup for Thursday January 25 at 11 am ET. The subgroup will discuss issues and questions from FIF members relating to implementation of the requirements for T+1 settlement (amended SEC Rule 15c6-1) and trade-date allocation, confirmation and affirmation (new SEC Rule 15c6-2) that will take effect on May 28. AML and Sanctions

On Monday January 29 at 2 pm ET, Satish Kini and Robert Dura of the Debevoise law firm will review 2023 developments relating to anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations and key issues to focus on for 2024. Data & Technology Committee

The Data and Technology Committee will have its next call on Wednesday January 31 at 10 am ET to review capacity, latency and volume data for the prior month for the equity, options, currency, crypto and futures markets. The spotlight presenter will be Geralyn Endo of MEMX, who will provide an update on the launch of the MEMX Options Exchange.

Cybersecurity Working Group

FIF has scheduled the next call for the Cybersecurity Working Group for Wednesday January 31 at 3 pm ET. Matt Weinberg of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agenda (CISA) will provide an update on current threats to the financial industry. CISA is an agency of the US Department of Homeland Security. The Working Group will also review recent FINRA and NSA updates relating to cybersecurity.
