CFTC Amendments to Large Trader Reporting Requirements

FIF has scheduled the next call for the CFTC Larger Trader Reporting subgroup for Tuesday July 2 at 11 am ET. The subgroup will continue its review and discussion of the CFTC’s recent amendments to the CFTC Large Trader Reporting requirements and the Part 17 Guidebook published by the CFTC. FIF CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Tuesday July 2 at 1 pm ET. During this call, the Working Group will review changes to the draft FIF request for exemptive relief relating to linkage of representative orders and IDQS quotes to customer orders and linkage of order fulfillments to representative and principal orders and IDQS quotes. The call will focus on the requested exemptive relief for IDQS scenarios. Because the markets close early on July 3, FIF has cancelled the regularly-scheduled Wednesday Transaction Reporting Working Group call for this week.

OFR Repo Reporting

FIF has scheduled a call for the OFR Repo Reporting Working Group for Tuesday July 9 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will review and discuss a draft supplemental letter to the Treasury Department’s Office of Financial Research relating to implementation of the new requirement to report non-centrally cleared bilateral repos. The Working Group will also review and discuss a draft cross-border matrix.
