FIF has scheduled a call for the Rule 606 Working Group for Monday October 7 at 1 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss feedback from the SEC relating to Rule 606(a) reporting of the percentage of orders routed to different venues.

Financial Data Transparency Act Working Group

FIF has scheduled the next call for the Financial Data Transparency Act Working Group for Tuesday October 8 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will review and discuss the first draft of a comment letter on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published by the SEC and other financial regulators.

CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT CAIS Working Group Calls for this Week

Because of the FIF event at Cboe on October 9, FIF has scheduled the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group call for this week for Tuesday October 8 at 1 pm ET. FIF will not have a CAIS Working Group call this week. The next CAIS Working Group call will be on Wednesday October 16 at 11 am ET.

Digital Asset Securities Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the Digital Asset Securities Working Group for Tuesday October 15 at 10 am ET. Shawn Sloves of Fundamental Interactions will lead a discussion on the special purpose broker-dealer license and settlement and custody issues.

TRACE and RTRS One Minute Reporting

The next call for the TRACE Working Group will be on Thursday October 17 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of the recent approvals by the SEC of the FINRA and MSRB rule filings that provide for one-minute reporting to TRACE and RTRS, subject to exceptions for manual activity and firms with limited trading activity.
