Randall has covered the White House, Justice Department, CIA and other agencies in Washington, as well as economic and general news from postings in Philadelphia and Stockholm, Sweden.

Henry Engler is an experienced journalist and a financial industry veteran. As a senior editor with Thomson Reuters he covers a range of issues, including Dodd-Frank regulation, culture and conduct, and emerging Fintech and Regtech issues. As a former industry participant, he led projects on TRACE reporting, AML systems and employee transaction monitoring.
