Broadridge Appoints Les Turner VP of Investor Communication Solutions

Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Les Turner as Vice President, Investor Communication Solutions International. As part of a management role focused on operations and client service within Broadridge’s global proxy business, Turner will work with product, sales and account management teams. He is based in London and reports to Demi Derem, General Manager, Investor Communication Solutions International. Turner joins Broadridge from ISS, where he served as Head of Global Proxy Distribution. Turner also held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank. In his new role, Turner will provide valuable support in enabling Broadridge’s diverse client base to navigate regulatory and market change such as the amended Shareholder Rights Directive in Europe, and national codes for corporate governance and investor stewardship.
