The next call for the Rule 605 and 606 Working Groups will be on Tuesday February 28 at 3 pm ET. The Working Groups will continue their discussion of the SEC’s recent rule proposal on Disclosure of Order Execution Information.

FIF has scheduled a call for Wednesday March 1 at 10 am ET to continue the discussion of the recent SEC rule proposal on Minimum Pricing Increments, Access Fees and Transparency of Better Priced Orders. Please see the note above regarding participation on these calls.

The FIF CAT Monthly Update Working Group call for March will be on Thursday March 9 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will review guidance and updates from the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT on CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT CAIS reporting during the prior month. The Working Group also will review the current areas of focus for FIF members and the current open issues for CAT transaction reporting and CAT CAIS reporting.

The Back Office Committee will have its next call on Tuesday February 21 at 11 am ET to review applicable FICC, DTC, NSCC, SEC, MSRB, OCC, IRS and FINRA updates during the past month. The spotlight presenters will be Robert Cavallo and John Vinci of DTCC, who will discuss the T+1 testing framework published by DTCC.

The Data and Technology Committee will have its next call on Wednesday February 22 at 10 am ET to review capacity, latency and volume data for the prior month for the equity, options, currency, crypto and futures markets.
