FIF has scheduled a call for Thursday May 25 at 3 pm ET to review and discuss the CRPTO Act recently proposed by the New York State Attorney General. FIF is creating a new Crypto, Digital Assets and Blockchain Working Group. The Back Office Committee will have its next call on Tuesday May 16 at 11 am ET to review applicable FICC, DTC, NSCC, SEC, MSRB, OCC, IRS and FINRA updates during the past month.

The next call for the FIF Rule 606 Working Group is scheduled for Tuesday May 16 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss recent guidance from SEC staff to an FIF member on Rule 606(a) reporting when a reporting firm routes a single parent order to multiple child execution venues.

FIF has scheduled an additional call this week for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group to continue the review of draft submissions to the SEC, the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT of CAT reporting for RFQ responses. This call is scheduled for Tuesday May 16 at 3 pm ET.
