FIF has scheduled the next call for the CFTC Larger Trader Reporting subgroup for Tuesday July 2 at 11 am ET. The subgroup will continue its review and discussion of the CFTC’s recent amendments to the CFTC Large Trader Reporting requirements and the Part 17 Guidebook published by the CFTC. FIF has scheduled a call for the OFR Repo Reporting Working Group for Monday June 17 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss issues and questions from FIF members relating to the reporting requirement recently adopted by the Treasury Department’s Office of Financial Research to require reporting of repos that are executed bilaterally and not centrally-cleared (NCCBR repos).
