24x7 Trading Working Group

The 24x7 Trading Working Group will have its next call on Thursday March 26 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of issues raised by FIF members relating to the planned expansion of exchange trading hours. The Working Group will also discuss a revised draft letter to FINRA relating to registration of personnel based outside the U.S. who support low-touch trading overnight.

Regulatory Implementations Calendar

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the Compliance and Surveillance Working Group and the SEC FINRA Regulations Working Group for Thursday March 26 at 2 pm ET to continue the review of an updated Regulatory Implementations Calendar and an updated Regulatory Implementations Presentation. The Regulatory Implementations Calendar and Presentation track upcoming regulatory implementations.

FIF Cybersecurity Working Group

The Cybersecurity Working Group will next meet on Thursday March 26 at 3pm ET. The spotlight presenter will be Doug Domin of the FBI Cyber Division, who will discuss Operation WINTER Shield, Iran cyber capabilities and other current threats to the financial industry.

Law Firm Presentation on Reg S-P Amendments

On Wednesday April 8 at 11 am ET, FIF will host a webinar for the Compliance and Surveillance Working Group on the Reg S-P amendments that took effect on December 3, 2025. Thoreau Bartmann and Jessica Cohn of the K&L Gates law firm will be the presenters for the webinar.
