CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT Reference Database Working Groups

FIF has scheduled three joint calls for the CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT Reference Database Working Groups for this week. The first call will be on Tuesday June 9 at 2 pm ET; the second call will be on Wednesday June 10 at 2 pm ET; the third call will be on Thursday June 11 at 3 pm ET. The Working Groups will continue their discussion of a draft FIF comment letter on the CAT Concept Release.

The event will take place on Wednesday June 17th at Daiwa Capital Markets' offices at 1251 Avenue of the Americas, 49th Floor, New York, NY 10020. FIF Submits Comment Letter on TRACE Rule Filing

On May 27, FIF submitted a comment letter to the SEC on the rule filing by FINRA to expand the TRACE affiliate indicator to apply to trades with affiliates that are FINRA members. FIF would like to thank the members of the TRACE / RTRS Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this letter.
