FIF has scheduled two calls for the SLATE Working Group for this week. The first call will be on Wednesday October 15 at 10 am; the second call will be on Thursday October 16 at 11 am. The Working Group will continue its discussion of issues relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting, including next steps with the SEC and FINRA.

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Wednesday October 15 at 11 am ET. This call will focus on FIF submitting to the SEC a request for exemption relating to CAT reporting of port settings. FIF previously submitted an exemption request to the SEC in draft form.

The next call for the Rule 605 Working Group will be on Monday October 20 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of open interpretive questions relating to implementation of the Rule 605 amendments, including reporting for different order types.
